When Henrik left his native Denmark and arrived in Melbourne, he continued his work as a highly rated photographer. When clients asked him to direct TVC's, he jumped at the chance. Word quickly spread and more work followed. Henrik saw a chance to help up and coming directors by bringing them together in a creative collective.

As Exit grew from strength to strength, Henrik worked less behind the camera and more as the 'eyes and ears' of the team. His ability to spot and nurture talent has proven itself over and over. The many awards for Exit work is a testament to his skill in creating such a creative environment.
